Zunrylexkrex provides professional garden design services including consultations, design plans, and installation coordination. As a service-based business, our return policy differs from traditional product retailers.
Initial design consultations are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed. If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
Consultations may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.
Custom garden design plans represent significant creative and professional work. Once a design proposal has been delivered to you, the design fee is non-refundable. However, we offer revision rounds as specified in your project agreement to ensure your satisfaction.
Most design packages include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.
Plants and materials are selected specifically for your project based on your site conditions and design plan. If you are unsatisfied with plant selections before installation, we will work with you to find suitable alternatives.
Once plants have been installed, returns are not available. However, if plants fail to thrive due to issues present at the time of installation, we will assess the situation and work toward a fair resolution within 30 days of installation.
Some plants may come with supplier warranties. We will communicate any applicable warranties and assist with warranty claims when appropriate.
If you cancel a project before materials have been ordered, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus the design consultation fee and any completed design work.
If you cancel after materials have been ordered, you will be responsible for the cost of materials that cannot be returned to suppliers, plus any design fees and consultation costs.
Cancellations during active installation are not permitted. Projects must be completed once installation has begun.
While we cannot offer traditional returns on services rendered, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
We will work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include design adjustments, plant replacements, or other accommodations depending on the specific situation.

Exceptions to this return policy may be made at the discretion of Zunrylexkrex management in cases of extraordinary circumstances or service failures on our part.
